At Wren & Windsor, as much as we love our work, our real passion is people.

People are at the heart and soul of everything that we do, because no matter how big your budget is, or how well you are backed by a long brand history, without heart and passion, a brand cannot thrive.

While working on billion dollar clients in big media teaches a lot of technical skills, this is something that I didn't discover until I started freelancing, where I was helping local businesses achieve their KPI's and triple their ROI virtually overnight with a bit of strategy and different buying tactics.

The result of this was real people, achieving real goals, which helped them transform their businesses, all of which I not only got to witness first hand, but was directly involved in making possible!

From there on out, I knew this is what I needed to do and see happen to so many wonderful businesses and business people, because why should they have to spend Millions of dollars to get the quality care that media agencies can provide when they're trying to invest in their dreams?

The answer is they shouldn't! We want to see your money go back into your business and yourself, not into the pockets of agencies with offices in Surry Hills which is why we live and breathe local and the incredible people who make the world go round!

Working between Media Agencies and Facebook, Ainslie grew up in 'big media', learning all there is to know about digital on clients such as Universal Sony Pictures, Laser Clinics Australia and Fisher & Paykel. 

Ainslie brings a strategy focused approach to her work with expertise in branding, buying and planning which allows her to focus on all stages of a clients set up & implementation.

CREATIVE & CONTENT MANAGER

With over 5 years of experience running social media accounts, plus editorial and advertorial experience with the Urban List, Mathew knows the ins and outs of managing a community, writing copy and planning content.

Mathew brings passion, enthusiasm and an eye for detail to all of his accounts, perfectly blending together creativity and analysis.
